TESTING AND TRAVELER HEALTH REQUIREMENT2021-05-30T22:33:56-04:00

Eagle Aruba Resort & Casino offers 2 sites within walking distance for CPR and Antigen testing.

Option 1:
The testing facility is operated by MEDLAB Aruba, stationed in room 1530, left from the front desk. Please use the courtyard entrance. All test results will be available within 24 hours. We strongly recommend guests and members, take the test 48 hours before they depart from Aruba. Opening hours are from 8 am to 11 pm. It is important to make an appointment. Option 2:
This testing facility is operated by Covid Test Center Aruba, and it is located steps away from our main entrance, at La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino. Click here for the flyer with the QR code. The cost for the PCR test is US$ 115.00 per person and the Antigen test is US$ 50.00 per person. Make sure to download the Aruba Health app.

We are about five minutes walking distance to the beach. You can request a shuttle at the Bell Stand.

DOES EAGLE ARUBA OFFER CHAIRS AND SHADE TO THEIR GUESTS?2021-05-30T22:47:32-04:00

We have beach chairs and palapas on the beach and at our 3 pools for our guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. The chairs and palapas are free to use for our guests and the Eagle Beach is a public beach, as are all beaches on Aruba.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME? CAN I GET AN EARLY CHECK-IN?2021-05-30T22:50:25-04:00

Check-in time is 4:00PM. You are welcome to check with the Front Desk upon your arrival to see if accommodations are available. An early check-in fee may be applied. If your room is not yet ready, upon your arrival, you may leave your luggage with the bellmen to hold in the meantime.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-OUT TIME? CAN I GET A LATE CHECK-OUT?2021-05-30T22:51:07-04:00

Check-out time is at 11:00AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed upfront. Please consult the Front Desk to see if you may stay longer in your room. If a late check-out is possible, the late check-out fee of $70 applies.

DOES THE RESORT REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?2021-05-30T22:51:38-04:00

We require a $200 security deposit upon arrival. This is usually done as a credit card hold on your credit card or you may do a cash deposit. Security deposit holds on credit cards will release 10-14 business days after check-out. The length of release time is based on your credit card company. Debit cards may take longer to release the hold.

Guests must be 18 years of age to check-in and must present a valid passport to check-in.

All our rooms are suites and have a kitchenette equipped with a full-sized fridge, two-burner stovetop, coffee pot and a microwave.

The resort has a strict non-smoking policy for the public areas, lobbies, rooms, and balconies. A cleaning fee of US$300 will be charged for in-room smoking violations. First-floor patios & top floor patios in the North & South towers and designated smoking areas are the only exceptions.

No, we’re not an all-inclusive resort; however, we have different meal plans that you may add to your reservation. We offer breakfast, breakfast & lunch, breakfast & dinner or breakfast, lunch & dinner options. DO YOU OFFER DAILY PASSES? WHAT DOES THE DAILY PASS ENTAIL?2021-05-30T23:00:33-04:00

Yes, we offer daily passes for visitors of our guests, from 10:00AM to 6:00PM, for $25.00 per adult, per day and $15.00 per child between ages 0-11, per day. Our daily passes allow visitors to enjoy our resort amenities including pools, gym and beach services (palapas and beach chairs). One beach towel is provided per visitor and a refundable deposit of $25.00 is required, which will be returned after the beach towel has been returned.

DO YOU HAVE BABY CRIBS AND HIGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE?2021-05-30T23:03:57-04:00

Yes, we have high chairs and baby cribs available upon request. There is a $5 nightly charge for the baby crib. Please request these up front by sending an email to [email protected].

We accept Cash, Maestro Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For reservations with more than three weeks’ notice we also accept PayPal and bank wire transfers.

HOW FAR AWAY IS THE NEAREST SUPERMARKET?2021-05-30T23:05:25-04:00

We’re a stone’s throw away from Super Food, the largest grocery store on the island. Super Food is across the street from the resort. Due to high speed traffic we do not recommend the crossing at the roundabout to and from Super Food. Please take a cab or share a ride instead. We care about your safety.

All rooms have been renovated. We offer 1-bedroom suites, 2-bedroom suites, 1-bedroom condos, 2-bedroom condos, 3-bedroom condos, 2-bedroom penthouses, and 3-bedroom penthouses.

Maximum number of guests in a One Bedroom suite is four. Two Bedroom suites sleep up to six and Three Bedroom suites sleep up to eight total. Usually our prices are based on double occupancy and there will be a charge of $24.80 per person, per night for a third and fourth person in the room. Rollaway beds are available at an additional charge of $15.00 per night.

DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN BEACH TOWELS?2021-05-30T23:14:25-04:00

No, we have beach towels for our guests. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a Towel Card with which you can retrieve beach towels at the Towel Hut. Once per day you may exchange your used towels for fresh ones. There is a $25.00 charge for lost towels.

Room rates are based on double occupancy and length of stay and are subject to a 24% room tax plus $3.50 government/environmental fee per day, per room. Early departures will result in additional fees applied at check out.

The voltage is 110V and the type of socket is the USA type B 3-pins compatible with USA type A and B plugs.

WHAT ARE ARUBA DRONE FLYING REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS?2021-06-03T12:54:40-04:00

The Department of Civil Aviation Aruba (DCAA) does grant permission to operate drones in the Aruban airspace without making a distinction between the weight/size of the drone.
*The DCAA requires that the drone operator is aware of the basic international flight rules of the air, that apply when operating drones.
*The DCAA also requires that you make sure you understand and operate the drone following the procedures and limitations mentioned in the Supplier’s User Manual. And also, that a thorough “Preflight Check” is done before each flight, to confirm that the drone is operating properly.
Only drones operating in the frequencies 2.4 and 5.8 GHz are permitted to operate in Aruba.
There is no form to fill out, for a permit request, and a full list of the implied conditions, please send your email to [email protected].
The DCAA will not grant permission if the request is not sent at least one (1) working day in advance of the date of activity.

Yes, an ATM is located in the main lobby of the hotel across from our parking lot.

WILL MY ROOM GET CLEANED EVERY DAY?2021-05-30T23:23:49-04:00

Rooms will be cleaned and sanitized at every checkout and once a week, the weekly cleaning will be scheduled, so you can plan to stay out of the room for at least 30 minutes after the cleaning and sanitizing process is complete.

  • If arrival is Friday, full service will be extended on Tuesday.
  • If arrival is Saturday or Sunday, full service will be extended on Wednesday.

An adequate supply of clean towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, fresh linens, and plastic bags are available in the room.

  • Soiled linens, towels, and garbage are to be placed in the plastic bags we provide and placed outside your door. These will be removed during morning hours, and we will contact you for contactless delivery of fresh products.
  • In the event you would like an in-room towel & trash service, please contact the operator at extension -0- or the housekeeping department at 7141 one day prior to schedule this service.
  • Should you require any additional amenities please call the front desk by dialing -0- for a contactless delivery.

Yes, our cardio and fitness center feature True Fitness Technology Inc. equipment, including treadmills, elliptical bikes, upright bikes, recumbent bikes and a three-arm workout station. The gym is open from 6:00AM – 9:00PM.
