Keeping our members, guests, and customers safe is our number one priority. As part of our commitment to provide a Risk-Free Vacation experience, the Eagle Aruba Resort & Casino is updating its cancellation policy.

At times, it is necessary to have the option to cancel at the last minute. Our Flex policy allows our guests to cancel their reservation 48 hours or 2 days before arrival, and before 4:00 PM resort time, with no penalties during our regular season, and 30 days before arrival during our peak season (Dec-22 to Jan-03). If you reschedule your reservation during our peak season, you will only be responsible for the difference in the booking cost.

We also offer free rescheduling in the event of a positive PCR test (Conditions may vary during Peak Season).

  • This policy change only applies to reservations made directly through our website and via our reservation team.
    For bookings made directly with an airline, travel site, or consolidator, verify with them the policy that covers your booking.
